frequently hangs. app loses the previously saved facial recognition after restarting.

I am unable to add sessions to my schedule. There is a pop up that says my role doesn't allow me to, however there is no mention on what that means or how can it be changed.

Useless to watch the conference virtually. If you schedule sessions and attend at the correct time, the video never starts. While it says the recording will also be posted when the live stream is completed, when checking back later it says the session is ended and to go back to the catalogue to watch something else.
