Really bare bones controls. You can set hourly limits on a console, and you can set an alarm for bedtime, and you can see a general idea of how much of each game was played each day, but that's it. It's unclear how well these settings work. For example, I set bedtime at 8pm, but when I look at the time played, it has red text saying the game was played past the set time. It doesn't say when the hours happened, so I can't know if she went over by five seconds or somehow kept playing for an hour.

Decent app. I hate that I can't give time per user account, instead of the device as a whole. Also the add time feature never works correctly the first time, I have to go through a add time, cancel extension, add time, cancel extension cycle every time. Sometimes 3 or 4 times before it actually takes. It's a bit ridiculous. In the end, I get the results I want, but it's never easy, and never just works the first time. It could be way better.

Very good UI, everything's easily accessible, great protective options, very clearly labeled, etc. Only two minor gripes, those being that it would be great if you could restrict specific games for specific accounts, and also upon hitting the "download" button suddenly a wife and four children whose ages range from 4 to 17 appeared all around me, and now I unfortunately have full custody over them. It would be great if Nintendo could fix these issues on a future update, but it's pretty good now.
