I like how easy it is to order the over the counter meds,etc & it has gotten much better than it used to be BUT I wished they carried more brand name items & more items period for those that cannot get to stores themselves. The grocery items is AWFUL! It used to be that we could order online at some grocery stores but since thats changed I don't use my grocery card like I used to. Kind of a waste to have this benefit again when you're not able to get to stores yourself.

The app is fine, except for the product code scanner: The scanning window is ridiculously small, and half the time, it won't read a code worth a damn! After my benefits posted on DEC 1st, the scanner showed PRODUCT NOT ELIGIBLE for every item I tried it on, even milk, whether at Walmart or Kroger! It was two days before techs repaired it! I'm a senior on a fixed income and couldn't trust the scanner enough to head for the checkout with groceries, using my benefits!

First time using the app and ordering from the local Albertsons to deliver. Wow, what a chore going through the available items to find what you're looking for. Scrolling, scrolling for ever. Selections should be broken down more. Prices are very high, also. Hopefully I'll find a better way in the future. When it came to selecting the delivery slot I kept getting an error notification saying "something went wrong, try later", for about 8 hours.
