Edit 01/01/2026: Returned to the app and works much better now. Haven't had any big issues since months. before: can't login to my business anymore since new update. Infinite login loop. Update: the issue has been resolved since the latest update, but the app remains slow and authentication hardly ever works. I've stopped using it on my Samsung A52 and moved to desktop only.

Service reps are unskilled and kept behind a chatbot whilst documentation and UI translations are done by AI — which is completely unacceptable for a company that does any financial services. The worst part is that they only attempt to finalise any paperwork and background checks after you've received your first payment, which would make sense if any of it would be within reason but in reality, they take your money hostage.

Please be aware of this racist company. It seems everyone with non european names experience account blockage out of nowhere. Without prior notice the service just stops working and when contacted then account closed mail is sent with broken links to reason and user agreement. This damages your business and customer trust. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SADISTIC COMPANY. PLEASE BE AWARE AND DO NOT USE MOLLIE.
