The app is easy to use and I recommend it for managing services. However, I had an issue with my postpaid plan. I cancelled it through the app before vacation, and it showed as cancelled, but the billing continued. I later learned that you still need to visit a Mobily branch to complete the cancellation. I hope the cancellation process can be improved to make it clearer and more convenient for customers.

No matter which card is applied, it just doesn't process the recharge. Tried every possible fix including mobile restart, cache clear, un installing and reinstalling the app multiple times, it doesn't work. If you use the same card on some other phone, it works. what makes is more irritating is whenever you try to do it though the web, it sends you back to the app. so the only solution that this app has left is, just beg someone to recharge on your behalf every time you need it. pathetic!

This was 5 but then the app keeps giving me a hard time to pay my bill. The confirm payment won't turn blue. Adding the latest review because this app is giving me a hard time paying my bills again, keeps saying my card has issues. This happens every month, but somehow will still proceed after some tries, now it's been 10 days and I still can't pay my package, guess I'll just have to visit a store just to pay my bills.
