"Loading playback..." spinning and then nothing is displayed. fix your app!! it is frustrating. The captured events are listed but when I hit them it just doesnt load them! I got an 8 cameras NVR and only 4 cameras connected, half of its capacity. Also there is no network lag, I am in my local network, the phone has the best internet speed in the galaxy d4mn it! Fix your app!!!

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Last week we experienced an issue that prevented some users from accessing playback. The issue has been resolved and playback feature is now available.

Trash. It won't playback most video, and if you think you could actually go to a particular time and watch a video, get that thought out of your head. When viewing an event, it starts a few seconds in, and then doesn't allow a rewind to the beginning, where the event likely actually occurred. Instead, you have to watch to the end, and then press replay to get to the beginning. That's if you're lucky, otherwise, the server times out. The cameras are great, the NVR and app belong in a dumpster.

What happened? Suddenly video playback doesn't work? Clear cache. Uninstall the app, reinstall the app. Reboot the system. I don't understand how something that was working could suddenly be so... bad. Now my choices are to first read several comments with the same problems and then dive into the sea of problems reported on the Internet on hopes that something will suggest a fix. Could you just test your updates before you put them out? It's bad.
