the app basically never works. the phone and the app are up to date and the Wi-Fi signal is strong. I've tried for weeks and I always get a "oops, something seems to have gone wrong, please try again later". Cannot recommend

You say you've fixed some bugs. How about the one that says, "Processing your request. If this page doesn't refresh automatically resubmit your request." (which you can't do). Also, the barcode scanner NEVER works for me. I've almost given up on the app. I'll just use the website.

Literally the worst rewards app ive ever used. Took me 45 minutes just to make an account. And then it literally did not let me sign into the rewards program. I also tried to put my birthday in, which is 07/16, but it kept putting it in like 16/07 and then saying it was an invalid date. There should be a zero stars option because if there was, i would use it for this app.
