Needs work. I think the most annoying part for me is the item pictures. You go to look at an item a little more closely, and then you have to deal with inadequate zoom to see if what you're looking at will fit your application, then just trying to move the zoomed-in photo around, you're constantly fighting it from switching to the next picture. Finally, several auto play videos are intermixed with the pics, which are often not even specific to the item. Very annoying.

I do not appreciate that the guest tracking link no longer works and is no longer visible either, once the item is available for pickup. Some people share these links with others, including sharing with the alternative pickup person. This has been a major inconvenience. Please fix this issue. Plus it would also help to see some actual photos from specific store locations to be able to tell more clearly where things are located in your specific stores, if/when possible. Other issues too...

Differentiate how your product shows availabilty. The "pickup" makes me think it's in the store when it is used for in stock in store AND in stock delivered to store. app seems to have gone downhill over the years. No purchase history shows up despite putting in my phone number every time..?? Filtering things sometimes works. Lots of other little annoyances. Just feels like they've updated it and broke things along the way
