Without a doubt, one of the worst apps out there. Signed up, got a username and password, even have the fingerprint login. After 2 weeks, fingerprint login errors out and my password is invalid, even though I wrote it down and have not changed it. Tried to reset password and that fails miserably. I get the email but there's no "box" to create a new password but the "submit" button is there. Absolutely awful. The desktop site is just as bad....

The worst health benefits account ever. I had to to call customer service because I haven't received my card. I was told it was on hold until the 23rd for security measures. No one bothered to verify me by phone, email, or otherwise of this. I had to call them. Then they take forever to process claims, which is much longer than what they quote on the website. If I had the power to switch my benefits card I would do so immediately. Not recommended.
