wanted to use to fix some lighting issues in a couple of my photos. opted for the 7 day unlimited access, which then made me verify my email to download the app where I was unable to access anything. started another 3 day trial and the outcomes.to fix the lighting was abysmal. Cancelled both after 10mins. wish I read the reviews before trying. Not even worth trying

Feels like a scam or the app is not ready. I originally signed up online for the 7 day free trial. I used it a couple of times it was decent, but it wasn't what I wanted. When I attempt to sign back in via the app, it tried to start me all over again for the free trial. its not giving me any options to find my profile nor to view subscription in app and it took 2 days to finally load and give me access again to my online account at which point I canceled. The kinks need to be fixed.

They scammers! If you click on their ad on IG and sign up it then sends you to the app. Where you will then sign up again. The click from IG is a 3 day free trial and the app is a 7 day free trial. So if you cancel the app subscription you will still be charged for the 3 day subscription because you thought it was the same thing. And they don't give refunds so be careful. It's a terrible app as well

Moreover, we refunded you 19.99 USD despite that the subscription is non-refundable. You bought a web sub. and should activate it via email. Unfortunately, you got one more sub. via Google Play. That's why you were double-charged.
