Having a real issue, trying to find someone to help me with the current problem. in the start of november, my app will no longer sync...Items under new payment are no longer showing or updating. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. We have also removed my profile and read my profile. Logged in and out a number of times. i've sent an email two times to try to get a response. But none have been received about helping me with this issue.

In the words of another reviewer; When it works the app is great and I have very few issues other then a massive one which is the app not allowing me to sign in. It seems like almost every other login, I get stuck in a "sign in expired" loop and I have to either reinstall the app entirely or restart my phone. Absolutely horrible troubleshooting and impossible to fix other then luck.

We're here to help! Clearing the app's cache and switching wifi/mobile networks might help to avoid having to reinstall every time this occurs. However, we don't think this is something you should be doing so frequently. Please email [email protected] and we'll do our best to assist further. Best of luck. -Myshka

Most of the time it's excellent. When it doesn't work on occasion (like, you can't sign in), it's horrible. Intuit needs to work on making their apps more reliable in the real world. There is no excuse for not having a 99.999% reliability record! ****Update: I had been using Adguard private DNS server on my android phone. When I disabled that and used a default DNS in settings, then I was able to log in. I wish the app would stay logged in perpetually, regardless of the network status.

Our priority is for you to be able to log into our app 100% of the time, Kenneth. Let's work together to get you back to business. When this happens, we recommend logging out and back in, restarting the device, and switching to a different Wi-Fi/data network. If it continues, please email us so we can help. Best. -Karey ([email protected])
