I loved shopping for instacart. the extra money coming in. it's nice until you really need it and they deactivate your account for no reason after years of loyal shopping. no explanation, no email, and no way to contact them to even ask why once they cut you off from using the app. I shopped for them for years then one day poof and it was gone. that really hurt. you can be a loyal shopper with pretty much all on time deliveries and decent ratings then suddenly your app tells you deactivated

In a massive safety blunder, the app gives you no ability to put it into dark mode, and cannot be put into dark mode, if your phone is set to that globally. On a night with rain and fog, resulting in very low visibility, I chose not to work, as the app blinded me when I opened it. I promise this is not an exaggeration. I wonder sometimes if devs consider real world application of their apps. Edit: Also, they couldn't help in chat, in-app, and there is no technical support number.

I have been doing instacart on n off for years. when I first signed up, it wouldnt show me certain orders until after I activated my card. if they knew my card was expired, they should do the same thing- not show orders where a physical card is needed. because I did not know, I had to miss out on the payment and affect my cancellation rate. instacart you need to fix this!!!!!!
