Always issues with this app, few years ago I had it and everytime I opened it I had to log in over again or verify the account, decided to delete it. Downloaded it again now, wanted to purchase few items while logged into my account, to complete the order had to register over again and then it shows "existing account" message. Had to finalise the order via website, it just didn't work via app.

App is freezing, search function does not work well. for example I search for the pants sometimes I can find it sometimes not, usually I can find item not using search but only going line by line. Search function is really bad. Also items added to favorites dissappear... When I'm scrolling items, than I open an item and if I come back to scrolling it starts from beginning, if I scrolled 50 items and it comes back to begging it is very frustrating.

Even though I love Oysho I absolutely despise the app experience, it's an absolute nightmare to browse every single time. The app is always lagging, full of errors and bugs- each action and the app itself takes forever to load and now I can't even add stuff to my favourites because of some type of error. It's a shame because I mainly shop online but this app makes me discouraged to even try, and when I do I leave in frustration after a few minutes so I miss out on new arrivals
