unfortunately this app was of no use for me. I installed, and activated the ESIM in Jamaica, but have not been able to use data. Each time I contact them regarding the issue, they tell me rhe same thing like a broken record. They claim that my SIM and Network setting need changed. After I send screenshot of my setting that clearly shows the setting changed to how they prompted. I recommend trying a different app.

Not a Great Experience. Holidaying in Borneo. Set-up straight-forward initially but although connected to the local networks with 5 bars often got the exclamation mark and couldn't use them. Apart from a couple of minutes of use here and there, most of the time was spent with no data. This was in centres of both Sandakan and Kota Kinabalu so not local issues. Two other party members having the same issues. Glad I only bought 24hrs to test, as this service is simply too unreliable to use.

Worked well, for a time, but I started encountering problems with them giving me invalid esims from the word "go" (a total of 3 times!) Sometimes their support fixed the problem in short order, sometimes they sent me in circles for 30 minutes and resolved nothing. Whether this is a scam, a flawed system, or good old-fashioned incompetence, use this service at your own risk.
