Good in theory but my biggest complaint is everything is automated if you have an issue. I would increase my rating if there was phone number to call to reach an actual person. I was also recently recharged for two rentals from the beginning of the year that had already been paid and closed. Not sure if that was due to their app transition. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have billing in 1/4 or at least 1/2 hour increments vs only hour increments.

Thank you for the feedback, we'll take that into consideration. Phone and email contacts are in the app under the Support section and we operate 7 days/week between business hours of 7.00-22.00. Please email us your billing query and we'll rectify if there has been a double payment capture.

Because I'm between two properties I had my new address on my driver's license and hadn't noticed that my billing address was at my current address. Instead of giving me an error message telling me that the addresses didn't match, the app rejected my application blocking me from booking anything in the future and canceled the booking I had already made. when I contacted the customer service (only available by online chat) I was told to write to them, which takes too long as I need to move house!

Flawed app payment system. If you have 2 cards on the account and one of them is the default then it will always take payment from the default card even if you select the second card for your booking. This is not written anywhere in the terms. When I requested a refund to the default card the customer service team refused.
