Nott a fan of the new layout at all. It's awkward to navigate through. so showing with things I will almost never use but the basics like reviewing past items to add to a new order, awkward and incomplete. I also see that the cart doesn't update and keep changes consistently. Items teams added to the cart earlier are not there or items I removed are still there. Of all the food shopping apps I've used the HT one was my least favorite. I was so excited about an update but it only got worse.

Not working at all on Android since update. Works no problem on Windows and iOS devices. On Android, it just keeps asking you to sign in and then keeps flashing and won't go to the next page. Tried customer support, tried clearing cache, etc , reinstall app. Changing password and username. Same exact thing. Does not work on Android. Pop up blocker disabled no VPN.

Leaves a lot to be desired. HT needs to take a look at other store's apps. You can't check in early for order pickup on the app, sometimes traffic is good, if the order is ready I should be able to check in. I occasionally notifications in the app that an order is ready for pickup, but in reality it isn't, and I get a text saying to wait, yet the app still shows it is ready. There is poor communication between systems. The UI isn't as intuitive as others.
