Haven't had it very long but my first impressions are already very bad. Base pay is absurdly low and your tips are hidden you til you complete the delivery. Apparently they show them in some states, I do not live in one of them. The app requires you to head towards the warehouse to accept jobs and will log you out if you don't, and will also try to give you jobs while you're driving towards it. I'm driving!!! Support is difficult to reach, unhelpful, and the AI support gives dead links.

App is not giving the 30 seconds to accept or decline orders. Automatically logs me out after 3 consecutive automatically declines. Customer support is garbage. 2 times I've been told my issue is being escalated. I have yet to get any reply after their so called escalation and my attempts at sending emails. Extremely frustrated and ready to delete my account altogether. Fix it!!

It seems pretty much impossible to work for GoPuff, and I mean that literally. Getting accepted for a time block, even if you find one/some that you request, just doesn't work. I get dozens of push messages every day saying "new hours added" or "orders are pouring in" or similar and when I check the app, NOTHING is available. At all. Ever. All 3 warehouses close to me are the same. No time blocks, no hours, no chances, no work.
