What a huge step backwards from the old app. I have made dozens of friends over the years with the old BFF and made matches multiple times a day. This new version I have made no connections. You can't swipe away profiles you aren't interested in and it's hard to find people with similar interests. It's got a worse UI generally. What a shame, they ruined something that was really helping people find friends.

I don't understand why they switched over to a new app completely. If it's not broke, don't fix it. But honestly, I haven't gotten a single match since the new app launched and the switch was forced. I did set my profile up before the old app disappeared, and have it verified. I don't know what the issue is, I was getting matches on the old version. To devs: Lol, I ALWAYS fill out my profiles to the max and I'm not the only review stating a problem with match making. It's your fault, not mine.

You can no longer swipe left to eliminate people you likely wouldn't hang out with (apparently we should all be guilted into hanging out with everyone regardless of interests), meaning the same profiles show up over and over. I also haven't gotten ANY matches in the few weeks I've been on this new app... How? I got tons on the old app. It always says I ran out of people after only viewing a few. No way to search/browse specific groups, you can only find them on other people's profiles.
