terrible. can't prepare a generator for future use it always says the serial number is invalid. I go to start up a generator I can't connect.. end up on phone with tech support over and hour oh delete the app and re install.. ruining installing generators. adds too much time to the job trying to troubleshoot an app while we had a perfectly fine system of using a screen on the generators before.

We install residential air cooled units. half the time when trying to activate the unit, the app glitches and says you need a token. generac tech support says "oh yeah, thats a known issue. Just uninstall and reinstall the app." no Generac, how about you fix the problem! keep making my job harder and ill start selling kohler units.

I install generacs for a living and this has to be the worst version of any app they've made. You used to be able to activate it from the generator itself but now you have to use an app the either won't connect to the unit, or freezes mid activation.
