this service is outstanding. Video call a few minutes early, went through all the options, gave great advice and the very was knowledgeable and very reassuring. I wondered whether my insurance was worth it for my pets, but this service which is free with 4paws insurance, paid for a whole year. We are in a remote Highland village, and this saved a 4 hour round trip in the snow, at 8.30pm. Exceptional!!!

Biometric sign in doesn't appear to work. When you sign out Biometric data and the toggle setting itself is discarded and app defaults to pin sign in. Setting up again results in exact same issue on signing out. Problem evident on both Samsung and Pixel phones both running latest Android & firmware versions
