Service is terrible! I went for a year-end health check-up and the results showed a dental issue. I visited Hoan My Hospital (using direct billing/insurance guarantee) to get a filling as advised by the doctor. Hoan My Hospital noted in the diagnosis that the filling could not be done there and required dental treatment at another branch (because this branch currently doesn't have the kind of service). FULLERTON rejected the claim, citing "no treatment plan" as the reason.

2nd time telemedicine doesn't work this week First time on screen just waiting for doctor's call, 10 mins no call 2nd time I waited in queue for more than 15 mins, in 3rd position, then suddenly queue disappeared, no doctor call at all
