App assigned two seats to me and none for my wife. No way to correct tickets. Even though I was sent a booking number - I cannot make corrections. App says don't worry, just show up? With Customs, Immigrations, Security, etc - Just show up with tickets in the wrong name - in a country not your own? What could possibly go wrong with that?

for some reason it always gives me the opposite journey direction than what I need. I live in France but my app is setup in English. The app then assumes I live in the UK, so it always suggests trains from London to Paris. Even if I change the journey direction, it sometimes shows me the wrong way. I booked the wrong ticket by accident once... 😩

Ok for simple journeys but utterly useless for anything complicated. We want to go to Paris and then travel around and buy a return from Geneva. Simple? No! 12 digit password but no connection to a password manager - seriously? Every time I use the app or website I have to create a new password! Add multiple journeys to the basket? Nope. So you have to fill in all your details (except Eurostar membership number) each time. And when you come to pay it hasn't remembered your card details.
