Was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I feel like I have been scammed. The customer service representative provided me miss leading/false information to complete a flight booking. Once the booking was complete it was nearly impossible to make contact back with them, a manager was never available and they never returned any request for contact. It is now nearly impossible to make changes to my booking unless I pay a $500 change fee. Do not use this organization, you will regret it.

Very disappointing experience. I used eSky many times and tried to be a loyal customer. Unfortunately, when a real problem happened with my flights, the agency avoided responsibility and left everything for me to solve with the airline. One of the main reasons to book through an agency is support in difficult situations. In my case, that support was missing. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this service and I will not use it again. UNDER ZERO!!

They advertise the same flight tickets at the same price points as other agents/online brokers, but the final amount charged is significantly higher. "A mandatory service/processing fee" - if you even want to fraim it as such, has to be clearly indicated and included in the ADVERTISED price. Drip pricing is a deceptive and ILLEGAL tactic. All other respectable brokers/agents provide similar "services" on similar "platforms" and still ADVERTISE the FULL price upfront. Alert the authorities
