Decent app, but ecurity codes take too long to arrive. I've had to log into a couple of new devices this year. JP Morgan tries to send a verification code "in 5 minutes". Almost every time, it either never comes, or it arrives 30-60 minutes later when my session is already expired. I've had this same experience on desktop. This needs to be fixed, it's annoying.

Worked fine last week. Now I can't log in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, and I keep getting the message "Your session has timed out. Please log in again". No matter how many times I attempt logging in, I get the same message. Sent an email to the developer of the app, and of course they have not responded! Contacted them. They are aware of the problem and don't know when it will be fixed. JPMorgan retirement needs to hire new app developers.
