this game is so fun, but it's impossible to pass levels without buying help. it needs to have ways to pass without a purchase. I have played it endlessly. each hotel needs gems to do upgrades. by the time I wait for more lives, earn one gem at a time, then wait days to build up enough to earn another gem, it would take a week or more to pass one level. I've played way too many similar games, like diner dash (played since 2008), to know it can be made to win without taking weeks per level.

It's a fun game, but I have hit an issue where I literally cannot progress without buying gems. An upgrade I need to make more money at the hotel costs gems, and without it, I cannot meet a money-making objective (all other upgrades are purchased). My only option seems to be logging in every five hours to watch an ad to get a single gem-- with 15 required. The game didn't used to be like this, and it annoys me.

Hello! Don't worry, you don't have to buy crystals. You can earn them by completing levels, participating in mini-games and competitions, receiving daily rewards, and inviting friends. And don't forget about the videos and the Bank menu—there are bonuses there too. Good luck, you're sure to succeed!

I only downloaded this to complete milestones on another all, but it seemed like Diner Dash in a hotel which I'm a pro at. I was immediately annoyed by how the instructions are put up without interlude or warning other than the game not functioning, so it's easy to accidentally skip them. The cash grab of trying to force people to pay money to immediately be able to use upgrades once unlocked is also annoying. If it's needed for the level, in-game currancy should be all that's needed.
