I've used this expensively over the years, but lately, each update has made the app more and more inefficient. Where is my electronic card - the single most important item for checking out and it's either not there or buried so obscure that neither I nor the store clerk can find it! Today, I wanted to check coupons, but 75% of the screen is a fixed Welcome note! The space at the bottom has the task bar, which is not movable! I can see 1 line of coupon! Fix it!

Some features are easy to navigate but others you have to either figure it out or get help. I can't imagine the shopping online at CVS as an elderly. It's not easy to switch credit cards because of the default. It not easy to shop online for pickup when the store doesn't have items stocked alot. The options for shipping or delivery isn't helpful. For pickup orders, customer should be told in text when something is out of stock and not find out when they pickup. I'm glad you're improving but.

Everytime I click on a coupon, it jumps me back to the first one or I could be on the 10th coupon and it knocks me out of the app. I cannot use your CVS app because it is useless. It keeps on knocking me out or it brings me to the top of the screen again. it won't allow me to choose all the coupons. This has been going on for a very long time. Totally disappointed and frustrated!
