The app's purchase history doesn't function properly. The customer record only shows your last purchase... I need my complete purchase history to verify colors of items already purchased! The app doesn't allow me to stay logged in... I don't want to keep logging in and find my password! Its really not a useful app to me ... just takes up space on my phone!

it kind of jumps all over at times, doesn't show what's in your cart-it will say it's empty bit just wait a few seconds and it will jump & you can see it. Also where is the "Save it now" items? I use to see it, now I don't. I've probably saved over a hundred items but can't find them. I've called customer service twice and they don't know

I like the New & Trending category, but don't like how I can't enlarge any product photos even though that's possible on the website. My biggest issue is with the cart. I was excited to see that it has a Save for Later option but the Cart is so glitchy. If it has around 20 items, the quantities disappear, I can't edit the cart anymore (have to clear it online), and I have to close the app in order to navigate again. Save for Later completely disappeared after adding about 20 items too.
