I have an s26 ultra. And I cannot use the app. At all. It won't let me sign in. Something about some sort of rooted error that won't change no matter what I do. All of my other apps work just fine. Not only that, actually making a payment took me over a month of back and forth because it kept having issues. The time it takes to withdrawl payments is way too long. Discover moves faster than this. I'm getting so frustrated with it I'm about 2 seconds from canceling, it's messing with my credit.

I love this app, it has so much information and so much stuff in one app,they go to the benefits of Chase itself, lower rates then most cards, and if I don't have charges I don't have a minimum balance every month! I don't know why that tickles me but I love that! I don't have an annual fee either! I can't find anything bad to say! My score increase was also wonderful! Definitely worth checking out if you are thinking about getting a card, I would choose this over Capital one! they cost more.

Chase customer service sucks! 0 stars! They hang up on their members!!!!!! I had a dispute on my card and rather then help me with it, they hung up!! No one use Chase!!!! Their app sucks. They didn't give you the ability to receive up to date balances via text message, other than vague references that you have a message. if you go to the trouble to check those messages, you can only see half of it and your left guessing. other banks let you text to find your balances. I'm switching!
