I couldn’t leave a proper review because the app doesn’t allow anything below one star. Avoid booking through this app. They clearly prioritize operators over customers. I arrived 2 minutes before departure at Union Station (I’m new to the station), and the operator Orleans drove off right in front of me — the driver saw me and still left. I wasn’t asking for special treatment or a call — I was literally right there. When I contacted Busbud, their response was that the operator had “operation

There is no undo button. Once you hit done, you're screwed without support. There is no window of time to fix your selections. Booking through the companies directly allows you to avoid the service fee charged. Considering the lack of support provided, it makes more sense to book directly with a service provider rather than use this app.

useful but buggs. sometimes trips are mentioned and when you click on them it sais no longer available. other times payments don't go through. but still a useful app to have when traveling Brazil
