such a poor app, I cant add my kids under my profile, for every individual I need diff emails to register. How kids have their email. I app developers are not at all experienced in business requirements.

**I have amended this review from one star to five stars because it appears that it was my own error not knowing what to do to find my appointments. I think the app was working fine and I just didn't know how to use it.** I used to like this app but the most recent edition it's impossible for me to find my appointments. I have several upcoming appointments and they've all disappeared.

Almost as great as the hospital. Bumrungrad's standard of care is outstanding. The app makes it even easier to book and manage appointments, access clinical test results and keep track of medication.
