This app takes sooooo long to load! Like, obscenely long! I often just give up! It also FORCES updates and denies access to your account without them, which I hate. When the app isn't updated, I'm locked out until I install the update. But when the entire reason you're needing the app is because of issues with WiFi connectivity, there's no WiFi to facilitate the update! The entire app is just more trouble than it's worth!

Unless your unit is wired to only accept spectrum, find any other service. I deal with outages at least twice a week, the equipment I was given stops working three times a week, and troubleshooting involves AI telling you to reset your router 17 times before you can even talk to a human being for actual tech support. A slow app, a barely working service and in general just not worth it.

The manage your device feature is great in concept but it's sooo slow that it takes forever to log in, do the security check, navigate to manage devices, switch to groups, pause a group, confirm you want to pause, and reconfirm you want to pause a group. Same for unpausing. If you could speed up the click time between each of those screens that would be wonderful because it's terrible. I have a fast phone too and Internet signal is decent so it's not those issues.
