This app sucks, can't even use it. I login and it keeps telling me to add a phone number to text or call for security purposes and after entering, it takes me back to the same screen to enter a number over and over again. What a total waste of my time with this app if you can't proceed past a certain point.

Wish I could give 0 stars. App functions like it's designed to prevent you from getting help. Never loads "find care" page for me, whether that's in app, on Mobile Web browser or desktop version. I've had it for over a year. A literal, active drain on my life.

This app has bugs specifically with log in. I am astounded that UMR are too cheap to fix these simple issues given that they are a HEALTH CARE PROVIDER! In addition, it's about as useful as the information on your medical card. Good luck getting the chat to have anyone to help you. Actually, don't waste your time call them directly. You'd think that with the amount they push the use of the app that it would actually work...
