Update 2: To Fingerhut, the latest version of the app is already installed before the review was left. Update: the app doesn't even work any more. When you login, it just takes you back to the login screen. I can't access my account at all through this app. My mobile browsers work just fine. This app just opens up a browser to their website. Really useless. On top of that, you have to login every single time you open the app, even if you just logged in. Hopefully they make an actual app one day.

Update: When I try to sign in to make a payment, it no longer accepts my biometric login. When I try to sign in with name/password, it says it's wrong. When I say 'forgot username' it asks for my account number, which I don't know. I tried to contact customer service, but they're closed on weekends. Paying one's bill should be easier than this.

Convenient for getting what you need quick. The merchandise is way over priced, but one good thing about it, is that it helps build your credit. That is if you can get the app to work to pay your payments on time. The app is completely junk! Than again they probably keep it messed up to get that late fee from everyone. Fix the dang app, please?
