First off, this game is super fun and has an interesting theme with plenty of fun mini games. I have spent 10 dollars to speed up game play but found one purchase very deceptive. I thought I was getting 3x more than what I received. The adds in this game are beyond ridiculous 90+ seconds and rank among the worst of any mobile game i have played. I wish the developers would listen and act on these reviews. I would spend more money if the value was better and add times were reduced. Fix the adds

The game is designed to rip you off. You pay more to unlock features than you make, and then it turns out that the features don't work as expected. For example, you expect to get rent from an apartment building, but the rent is $360 while it costs $300 to find tenants every hour. I unlocked "free market" for 15k and it turns out that it takes exclusively premium currency to exchange items. Item appraisal also takes a long time while ripping you off.

Honestly this could be a good mobile game, the premise and execution is good. Unfortunately the developers greed destroyed the game. it's basically impossible to progress or move forward without spending real money. I like the game so I did spend like 3 or 4 dollars and it equated to a day or two worth of play/progression so if you want to spend 60 dollars a week for a slightly decent phone game then this is the game for you. It's too bad because the game could have been goodish. Don't get it.
