Decent place to buy refurbished gear, but hard to find what you need. Awful search filters. When I try to find a laptop I cannot search for screen size, resolution, if it's touchscreen, has a backlit keyboard or specific type of processor or even operating system. fix your awful search options to make it worth shopping using the mobile app without getting a headache. And what's worse is that the descriptions when you click on an item are super vague sometimes as well. making you search.

Phones are never properly put together. I got an S21 Ultra from them in excellent condition, and the adhesive came off the first day. I just got an S23 Ultra in good condition, and I can see the flashlight, which is obviously normal, but from the sides of the phone, it's as if the adhesive is so poorly applied. At night when I turn the flashlight on, I can see light peeking from the back of the phone, like there are small gaps that light peers through.

After buying from them numerous times this last one is the final time. It wasn't even packed and shipped until the day it was to arrive. No offer to refund anything not even the middleman fee they charge. Use eBay, same options (fair, good, excellent) no extra fees. The week of me trying to get the customer service team to amend things and they sent me copy-and-paste responses with promises that the next department would handle that. The phones are still not here, a week late.
