Azar has great features and good going for it in the future. but their customer service is lagging and poor. they can barely verify my identity with simple metrics. it has been months since they have not verified me for some issue I had on my phone that accidentally got me suspended which I understand would be the right call. but taking this long to verify someone ? that is proof they have a low customer service. Be careful with the app because if something happens, you won't be helped.

Hi, my issue is not getting solved. I have tried many times. Yesterday, I even deleted my old account and created a new one, but it’s still not working. Whenever I click on a match, it automatically skips and I don’t get any matches. I don’t know what the problem is. Can you tell me what’s wrong? Do I need to purchase gems to use this app, or has it been banned in Pakistan?
