Requires $100 for premium for the year with no monthly subscription model available. Makes this difficult to access for the average person who may have $10-15/month to spare to further their education but doesn't have $100 to throw at something 'non-essential'. Would have subscribed. Doesn't even offer a 7 day free trial at the very minimum before committing to $98 annual fee. Pass.

What a great deal! Edit: it used to be a great deal, but now won't let me log in. When I put in my email address it asks me to create an account. If I try to create avatar account it says an account with that email address already exists. So apparently there's no way to log in with an existing email based account anymore. App is broken.

I found this app online and wanted to try it services for a month. I didn't use it much tbh and without even notifying me that the month subscription is almost up .I found a yearly subscription issued to my card and when asked about a refund they stated it that can't issue one !! I am not asking for the current month, I want a refund for the rest of the year ! I am not using your services and the premium subscription was issued by mistake & without earlier notification so why pay for a year !!!
