The DailyPay Visa® Prepaid Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. and can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.
¶Cash Back rewards earned on qualifying purchases will generally be transferred to your Card Account within 49 days after the qualifying purchase is settled. If you close your Card Account, any earned Cash Back rewards not yet transferred to your Card Account will be forfeited. See the DailyPay Cash Back Program Terms & Conditions for full details.
*On-Demand Pay requires employer participation in DailyPay. On-Demand Pay fees will be waived for any DailyPay transfers made to a DailyPay Card set up with direct deposit. Instant Transfers may not be available to residents in all states.
Your funds are FDIC insured through The Bancorp Bank, N.A.; Member FDIC. DailyPay is not FDIC-insured. Deposit insurance coverage only protects against failure of The Bancorp Bank, N.A.

The app randomly put all my earnings on hold right before I needed to pay a bill. So on top of a bunch of incessant notifications about my earnings going up every day, now I don't even have access to it. Customer service advised there is some sort of "one time hold" on my account until my next paycheck. What a useless service, and even more useless customer service. Would not recommend. Earnin never did this to me.

So far it was great. No I'm concerned that I'm not getting all of my money. Called today and the customer service rep said they're working on updates to the software / app... I'm missing close to $40. That's from two shifts. That will add up fast if this keeps going.. and I hope it doesn't so I don't have to make other calls to get this sorted out. Loved it until this. Been using the app for well over 6 months with little to no issue that wasn't resolved fast. But this is different..

Not a reliable app at all. At first it was great. The pay is inconsistent, I wouldn't rely on getting your payments paid out the same time, every week if I were you. I've called customer service quite a few times and they try to blame my employer when I've brought this issue up with my company and they've said they have had no issues on their end. So if there's a delay at least in my situation it's daily pays fault and not my employer. Shame on this app for making promises they can't keep.
