Yindii support treats your allergies like suggestions "because Yindii boxes are surprise items" and will not assist anyone in adding allergies/dietary requirements to paid orders. Thanks Yindii I hope my surprise box doesn't kill me today! Also is it really hard to just move allergy requirements to under profile, so that orders are auto-populated with that field? edit: I still don't understand - so in the end I'll need to toss the food out if YOUR support can't do anything? smart.

Yindii repeated responses: "Hi, we’re sorry for the inconvenience. You can cancel your order up to 2 hours before the pickup time starts." "We recommend checking the store location on the checkout page before you confirm your order." Securing a surprise bag from a branch in ANOTHER location, that I've NOT bookmarked was not what I've expected. A time-sensitive, stressful payment journey. Users experience and oversights can be easily rectified but the creator/team turns a blind eye.

i've been trying to update/edit my profile but every single time it shows that i entered an invalid phone number. i've tried entering my number with the country code, without, and with spaces but it doesn't work. and the frustrating part is that all the edits that i've done is also gone with r each time i try to do anything and enter my number.
