I love this app. I'm using it from February and I found it very useful. I used to meditate before and yet Sam's insides are precious gems for my practice. Sam really knows how to trigger the mind and how to show you the illusorines of the self. The talks are very nice and the daily practices are a true help on the path of meditation. I recommend the app to everyone, even for the ones who practiced a lot meditation because the insides are very profound and you can find in them always smth new.

Huge fan of Huberman and Harris, I trust this app a lot since it has a scientific proven approach and it's way less westernized than Calm for example, it goes deeper in the roots. Love it.
