About this game

Civilization has fallen, and a heavily guarded checkpoint now separates the infected wasteland from the last safe city. You play as a quarantine control officer assigned to this border, where every decision directly affects public safety.

Your daily task is to inspect incoming survivors who arrive seeking entry. Each person must be carefully checked before being allowed inside. You will examine documents such as IDs, medical reports, and travel papers, compare details, and look for inconsistencies like expired dates, missing stamps, or forged information.

In addition to documents, you must scan individuals for visible and hidden signs of infection. Some survivors appear healthy but may show subtle symptoms when inspected closely. Others may attempt to hide injuries or provide false explanations. Your job is to analyze all available information and decide whether to approve entry, deny access, or isolate the person for safety reasons.

Each work shift presents new cases and increasing difficulty. The number of survivors grows, documents become more complex, and infection indicators become harder to detect. Mistakes can lead to serious consequences, while correct decisions help maintain order and stability at the checkpoint.

The gameplay focuses on observation, logic, and decision-making rather than fast combat. Progress is based on completing inspection duties accurately and managing pressure as situations become more intense. All outcomes are part of the game’s narrative system and remain strictly within the game world.

This is a strategic quarantine simulation where attention to detail matters. Your responsibility is simple but critical: identify risks, enforce protocols, and protect the city—one decision at a time.

ADS!!!!!!! Of the 22 minutes I played, 15 of them were ads, theres ads then theres just taking the piss, the ad banner across the screen minimizes the game space and the only thing you can do on the game is scan someone and choose to quarantine, eliminate or camp with no context to base a decision on, then go to bed, thats it. when quarantine is full you can't do anything but eliminate or camp and lose money, you cant buy a scanner upgrade even if you have enough money just sends you to ads.
