KILL THE MUSIC!!!!! Rewards expire FAST!! Photos are very lacking, not showing fit or texture well. Deals and prices shown in app are often not available. Not spending $95 on a dress I can't see well. Actual prices are up to 2x what is shown on the thumbnails. The app is super frustrating to navigate as Selecting sizes and color combos have improved but still not user friendly. Checkout is needlessly confusing. Stop the fast fashion 🤮

Great app, makes shopping easier. Has it's random glitches ever so often but overall an easy app. Atm I'm experiencing an issue with the "helpful" thumbs up button for review comments, to show you found a review helpful. It only lets you click on one 1 per an item page, in the past you could select as many comments as you like. Now when I click on more than one nothing happens (the thumb icon doesn't fill in and add to the count that you liked that review). Samsung S23+

literally. the worst online shopping app I have ever used. not only is the app basic like there's hardly ever measurements or material info but, the quality is so bad more and more. also, did you know if you order an item that can only be returned by mail not only are you paying shipping but, Torrid charges you a return fee! that is the nastiest Customer service! CHARGING you more money instead of a refund. I have never experienced that! lost a Customer.
