I started the onboarding process with the Uber Eats Partner app two weeks ago, and so far, it has been very disappointing. The sales assistant never called back, and whenever I contact customer service, all I get are follow-up emails—no real updates or progress. I was trying to reopen my previous account, but the process is extremely slow, possibly due to the fees that need to be waived. Despite multiple follow-ups and explaining my situation, there has been no action, and it is affecting mylife

Easy to use. Only thing when I scroll to go to the top of the screen the whole page starts re loading again and refreshes the whole page and empties everything I was trying to type in. For example, when I was creating an offer in the campaign section

I can't even be bothered to explain why because where would I even begin. One of the largest tech companies in the world, yet they can't make a functional app, or browser website. I access the manager from my laptop, desktop, and phone, both through the browser and app. Each on has different aspects of it broken, so I end up having to use all 4 to cover the features that the other versions lack and somehow make it all (barely) usable
