There are too many errors with the bill pay feature. I tried to contact the support for the bill pay website, because their website has been having the same error for months. Instead of telling their IT department, they gave me my banks phone number to deal with their website issue. This is frustrating. I've been unable to utilize the bill pay features of tracking my rush payments for 3 months. Don't offer that feature if you're not going to fix it when it's broken.

Very difficult to use. Most of the time the features don't work. Express deposit indicates that a deposit was successful, but two days later the deposit is returned because image was "blurry". Card controls are not available when you need to access them. Overall, the app could be better and easier to use.

Hi, Mark - Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, with any remote deposit there is the risk of return due to poor image and more. Card Controls has a small window of time each evening that it's unavailable due to end of day processing. Please contact us at 800-242-2120 so that we can further assist.

The dashboard was a great idea I thought. I could do most everything from the one page. Alas, they changed it all. Also, unlike every other financial institution, the notifications you can subscribe to for alerts on transactions take at least a half day to be sent. All others are almost instantaneous so if their is fraudulent activity you have a chance of stopping it quickly. Called Visions on it but they took no action,

Mr. Ketcha, Thank you for your feedback. The app has enhanced security, more robust features and a unified experience between online and mobile banking. Many alerts are sent in real-time, but some transaction alerts trigger on posted transactions, not pending. Later this year with push notifications, we'll have instant alerts. Thank you.
