Not bad. Considering how massive Macy's inventory is, this app is pretty impressive. So far, my main gripe is that every time I add or remove an item from the cart, any discount code I applied disappears and I have to enter it again. This could make it easy to forget to reenter it, because I shop online by adding lots of stuff to the cart, deleting, adding, on and on, sometimes for days before I actually place any orders. Otherwise, it's an impressive app. The search function seems to work well.

App has improved a lot over the past year. Much easier to sign in and order. Ordering doesn't appear to take as many clicks and once I put an item in the bag, it let's me "continue shopping" and takes me back to where I left off shopping, which I like--some items leave you at the bag and the you have "go back" to continue shopping which can sometimes take items out of the bag..

Overall, a great app, but it has its quirks. I like the feature of being able to scan an barcode of an item in the store and check the price. This from back when we used to go to physical stores, that is. There are some features that need improvement, such as search, ability to log in without having to enter a password every time, and viewing the items price and description from the previous orders. If these features are added, it would make the shopping and return experience much better!
