I've been asking for support for over a month, here, in game, and via your email address because Level 71 won't load (I get a gray screen). I'm underwhelmed by your customer support. Too bad, because I really enjoy this game.

updated review: This is one of my favorites, and I was so happy with the way the last issue was dealt with and fixed! They were extremely responsive and helpful! yesterday, I ran into another issue though. The game stopped working at the end of a level, and I am unable to get back on now. the game load screen comes up, goes to the next screen where it shows its loading from 0%- 100% it reaches 100%, then starts over and won't load past 97% and stays on that load screen.

im not far into it, the game is fun but i can't buy anything, I've tried from 99c up to 5.99 and it doesn't work, its not my payments or the play store cause i use them on other games
