Google Play services

The app will automatically download games that I haven't chosen. Especially when I'm not using my phone. If there is a way to turn this feature off, it's not clear. Setting for this app are hard to find and it needs all permissions turned on or it might not work right. I have also scanned my device for viruses in malware. No problems can be found when I do the scan, so that is not the problem.

Exceptional variety of Apps to choose from. It helps opening doors that I wasn't even aware that existed. I have so much more to learn. once I am able to understand and trust what I'm attempting isn't some manipulated entity, that is only for self promotion. Not that that's necessarily a bad thing. As long as everything is transparent and on the up and up without malicious intent. Just how it comes across to me when its been tricked or some type of fabrication, in all, ya know? that's all.

I accidentally sent a gift card to an email address that is no longer available. There is no way to get help from a person. All help is automated responses. I requested a refund. Automated response, no refunds on gift cards. The amount I spent shows the balance was put in my Google Play account I purchased the gift card from. However, I am not able to use the balance. I have tried contacting Google Play, but all attempts come back with automated responses. I know the gift card has not been used.
