I've had disney for about 2 years, and for some reason, everytime I try and enter the app, it's ALWAYS saying that there is no connection! Even when I have full bars, and change to another wifi. Sometimes, it is able to load, but when I try and watch something, it's always saying something went wrong, no matter what! I don't recommend this at all if you don't want to waste your time.

Starting to lose my mind a bit.... lately, I'll start a show and it will suddenly just stop. Screen goes dark and when I unlock my phone again it's back to the home page. It almost always happens during the commercials. I'll get to the last commercial and it goes down. Then I'll go back into the episode again and it RESTARTS all the commercials only to "crash" again. It's been happening on and off for several weeks. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've dl'd all updates. Still happening

So many issues. The layout is horrible. The app gives random error messages while browsing, streaming, and watching. Sometimes it continues with what you are doing, sometimes it goes back to the homescreen when an error message pops up. It now refuses to fully connect to Chromecast (I've tried multiple gens and devices). The Disney logo, and the annoying chime, will cast for a minute, then it disconnects with error message. Not calling tech support again; I haven't got 2 hours to waste.
