I downloaded this game last week and have been enjoying it so far! My only frustrations are around level 50, the artwork behind the characters during levels is gone and is now a black backdrop and then I placed large item in my town square that's "there" but I can't see it. Would be really great if these could be fixed.... especially since I just started the game and it's a bummer it's already having issues because I've been enjoying the game play. Any help with this would be great.

So a while ago I lost all progress & went from level 790 to level 1. Accepted the glitch & have worked my way back to 480. Now, every time I have the option for a free booster it doesn't work. I click the button repeatedly & nothing happens. This is not acceptable as it has been happening for weeks. Please fix!!! Will be deleting since this is obviously not a one time problem

Edit, 8/31.....I have never had so many issues as I have the past month! Keeps making me repeat levels! This game has always been great but there is some kind of glitch going on in the last few days. Every time I log in it asks me to connect to Facebook again and there are never any quests or gifts in town square. Update in August... above issue has been fixed but now for the last week or keeps making me replay the same level! I've reported it to support but it's still not fixed!

Please reload your game and you'll be able to sync the game to Facebook this time. If the situation persists, create a service ticket from the Setting's menu into the game.
