Not only has it ever refused to complete updates several times, when the update was finally completed, I found lots of content from individual notes missing. On top of that, there is no way to sync my notes to a new phone. So far the only option is sending things individually and I don't have time for that. Fix this, please.

I really like using this notepad app. The experience is very nice and it is easy to write and save notes. However, I faced one problem. I locked one of my chats/notes, but later I forgot the password and also the answer to the security question. Now I cannot access my important note. It would be very helpful if the app provided another recovery option such as email or phone verification. Overall the app is good, but I hope the developers improve the password recovery system.

I love this Notepad and I've been using it for over 5 years now, following through with the updates. I have over 1000+ notes I've written, and I'll appreciate it if we can connect the app with our Google account or something to help us avoid losing our notes even if we lost our device. I've tried the backup feature that comes with it and I'm not satisfied because what if I lose my phone, my backup is already on my phone. How do I get it back without the phone? This is needed, thank you.
